WP-300 is a water-curable urethane waterproof flooring material that is cured with water. It is a special polymer product with a urethane bond in its molecular structure. SURFACE<\/strong><\/p>\n

PREPARATION<\/strong><\/td>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Importance of surface treatment : There are much alkaline dust on the concrete surface,<\/p>\n

and it make poor adhesion with polyurethane and surface. So it must be removed for<\/p>\n

strong film and excellent adhesion.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cure the concreted surface sufficiently to remove the alkali of the surface and keep the<\/p>\n

moisture content within 8% max.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Clean the surface with acid , sandblast or grinding if you need.<\/p>\n

4)\u00a0\u00a0 It should be cured completely when the appropriate primer or equivalent material was applied.<\/p>\n

5)\u00a0\u00a0 Remove dust, sand, moisture and oil on the surface.<\/p>\n

6)\u00a0\u00a0 In case that the surface to be applied is damp, dry fully and apply.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

DIRECTONS FOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

WORK<\/strong><\/td>\n

1. Direction for Seretite undercoat<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ad Check the cleaned surface.<\/p>\n

\u00ad If there are some water it must be dried and must be not dusty.<\/p>\n

\u00ad Then apply to cleaned surface with proper primer, seretite undercoat<\/p>\n

\u00ad Apply with the WP-300 after curing the primer. It may be one to twelve hours after seretite coat coating.<\/p>\n

\u00ad See the DIRECTIONS FOR USE of seretite undercoat for the details.<\/p>\n

2. Direction for WP-300<\/p>\n

\u00ad Check the curing of seretite undercoat coating and then apply the WP-300.<\/p>\n

\u00ad Mix well part A, B and C by correct mixing ration with electric agitator.<\/p>\n

\u00ad Must mix well part A, B and C to scrape up the product on the wall of package cans. Otherwise you might have the failure curing film.<\/p>\n

\u00ad After mixing well sufficiently, apply to surface with the WP-300 with rake or roller.<\/p>\n

\u00ad If you need more than 3\u339c thickness, apply within 3\u339c per one time until to get aiming<\/p>\n

thickness.<\/p>\n

\u00ad When the temperature is higher than 28\u2103, you might as don\u2019t use as possible. But in that case unavoidable applying, must apply 2 or 3 times for intermediate coating and apply it after 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

3. Direction for Polyurethane TOP COAT<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ad Check the curing of intermediate coating and then apply the TOP COAT.<\/p>\n

\u00ad Repair the intermediate if there are some problems as curing problems or coming undone from the floor.<\/p>\n

\u00ad Mix well the TOP COAT part A and part B.<\/p>\n

\u00ad You\u2019d need electric agitator because the viscosity of top coat is very low.<\/p>\n

\u00ad Coat the surface with mixed well TOP COAT with paint roller, sprayer or other<\/p>\n

instruments.<\/p>\n

\u00ad It could be used thinner when it need to adjust the fluidity for easy control.<\/p>\n

\u00ad Do not use the alcohols as thinner, the alcohols react with the TOP COAT and became poor film.<\/p>\n

\u00ad If you use sprayer, clean well the hose and other equipment of sprayer after the operations to<\/p>\n

prevent curing the TOP COAT in the equipment.<\/p>\n

\u00ad Keep prevent passage in 24~72 hours after applying and then permit when it fully cured.<\/p>\n

PRECAUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Take a gas mask and put on the other personal protector in the applying.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must use suitable thinner, otherwise you must get failure coating film.<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Products of this type can be expected to be eye and skin irritants and have the potential to cause sensitization or other allergic responses.<\/p>\n

4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Appropriate precautions should be taken to avoid eye and skin contact and to avoid inhalation of the aerosols or vapors.<\/p>\n

5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Consult the relevant Material Safety Data Sheet for appropriate handling procedures and protective equipment prior to using this or any other material referred to in this bulletin.<\/p>\n

6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 See Material Safety Data Sheet for emergency and first aid procedures.<\/p>\n

7)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must not use this product for other purposes except for it\u2019s own use.<\/p>\n
