3. Application specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

A. Surface treatment<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u25aa Concrete body requires at least 28 days of curing time at 20\u2103 and at 80% or lower humidity and surface moisture content should be 30% or lower.<\/p>\n

\u25aa Level the mortar surface flat and remove mortar\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 remnants clean. Repair seriously damaged parts\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 with cement mortar or resin mortar.<\/p>\n

\u25aa When the period for re-painting is lapsed since\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 painting or the films contacted water due to rain,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 snow, dew, or condensation of moisture, adhesion\u00a0\u00a0 strength may be reduced; completely remove\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 contaminants, treat the surface with light sanding,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 perform the main painting.<\/p>\n

B. Application condition: Application and curing\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 should be done at 5<\/strong>\u2103<\/strong> or higher temperature and the condition to avoid condensation of moisture is 5<\/strong>\u2103<\/strong> or higher surface temperature of the body than dew point and 80% or lower relative humidity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

H. Remarks : The product is a 1-liquid moisture-curing product should dry, cool, and dark place with good ventilation<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa<\/strong> When the primer coat PP-100Ncc film contact with moisture, adhesion strength with main layer may be reduced therefore, additional painting work should be performed after treatment of the films with sanding prior to painting work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa<\/strong> Check the kind of body concrete to assure good adhesion in case of concrete with special treatment, perform primer coat painting after appropriate treatment of bodies (such as sanding or blasting)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa<\/strong> In case of prime coat PP-100Ncc work, excessive films with no dilution may worsen the adhesion with main layer therefore.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
